ThriveOrtho’s reimagined MSK care model is anchored by its Center of Excellence (COE) partnership with Rothman Orthopedics, seamlessly integrating objective data, clinical expertise, and coordinated care across the full surgical and non-surgical continuum.
When a surgical consult is warranted, members are immediately referred to a orthopaedic specialist. If the need for surgery is confirmed, ThriveOrtho coordinates all payer-required prehab through its platform, connecting members to both in-clinic and virtual care across the COE network, and ensuring surgical delivery in a best-in-class ambulatory surgery center or nationally recognized orthopedic hospital.
Post-operatively, recovery is fully supported through ThriveOrtho’s digital and human care stack combining objective 3D assessments, AI-generated home exercises, continuous AI coaching, and personalized health coach support while maintaining seamless access to in-person and virtual rehabilitation.
